Quality Assurance

Each of our properties is selected to be part of Sweetcombe individually. We use our knowledge and experience to advise owners on how the properties must be maintained and set up in order to provide high quality self-catering accommodation. We only take on properties that are the equivalent to a 3 star and above. We ensure that all our properties have regular spot checks and maintenance inspections to check that our exacting criteria is being maintained as well as ensuring each property is externally graded by Quality in Tourism.

Quality In Tourism Assessments

After spending two years researching the best way to implement quality assurance and health and safety compliance, we decided to work with the leading quality assurance company, Quality in Tourism (QIT) to complete our annual property checks.

There are many benefits to working with a 3^rd party company such as the ones listed below:

The Clean, Safe & Legal badge means we can be confident that all Sweetcombe properties are fully compliant where other self-catering properties may fall short. To achieve this, we have ensured each property is up to date with all the relevant health and safety documentation.
