the apartment upstairs.

Parking- There is an unloading area in the car park to the
rear of the property, a parking permit is provided for one
car for the Manor Road long stay car park although there is not a
designated space. Further cars can purchase weekly
permits at £25.00 for East Devon council car parks to use on the
long stay Manor Road car park, and short stay near the rear of the
property. Unrestricted parking spaces on Esplanade immediately
outside property.
Hotel - The property is owned by the proprietors of the adjacent
Royal York & Faulkner Hotel. Occupants of York House have full
use of the hotel facilities including 10% discount in the hotel
restaurant and the contemporary Blinis Cafe-Bar. Also preferable

Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in Areas of
Outstanding Natural Beauty and The
South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled
days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities
nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing
to Golf at Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby
local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and
restaurants, including Otterton Mill and Lympstone
Manor.
