Weir Lodge is situated in Sidmouth town centre yet quietly tucked away in a peaceful lane bordering the River Sid. This delightful property forms the whole upper half of a detached house.

Very homely - almost felt to be intruding in someones private space with so many personal items around. Half expected the owners to appear at any moment to offer a cup of tea. Excellent location - very handy for both the town & the sea front - and a guaranteed parking place! A little dated maybe, especially the windows & the suite but that's being a bit picky.
