locally listed Heritage Asset and is furnished to a very high
standard with tasteful colour schemes and homely touches
throughout. The brilliant community run village pub, the "Sir
Walter Raleigh", is just a minute's walk and serves local beer
and great food. Woodbury Common, the River Otter and Budleigh
Salterton are all within a pleasant walk through the countryside
