and town centre. Every room is bright, airy and spacious; the house
faces the River Sid and has views out to sea. The beach, seafront,
indoor swimming pool, children's play area, shops and cafes are
just 200 yards walk away. The footpaths overlooking the Lyme Bay
coastline are easily reached from the house
The hall leads into a spacious,
light and airy sitting room with a fireplace and electric wood
burner style fire and dining area.
There is a cream coloured,
well-equipped kitchen with French doors to a paved courtyard
garden.
On the first floor are two
bedrooms, one south facing with sea views and a king size bed
and one to the rear with a double bed.

comprising a shower over the bath and W.C.
On the second floor there is
another lovely large bedroom with twin beds, dormer window with sea
glimpses and en-suite shower room and W.C.
PARKING: This property has a permit for one space in the Mill
Street car park just behind the cottage.
If your party has further cars, the long stay car park is
located on Manor Road near Jacobs Ladder approximately 10-15 min
walk. 3-7 day digital permits can be purchased online through the
EDDC website or the RingGo parking app. These tickets are valid in
all East Devon District car parks (note maximum stay).

Beauty and The
South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Pecorama are all nearby for fun
filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of
activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf
at Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the
nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops,
cafes and restaurants, including Otterton
Mill and Lympstone
Manor.
