This beautiful apartment is newly refurbished to a very high
standard with luxury furnishings throughout. Much care and thought
has been given in making this a wonderful place to stay at any time
of the year.
Step outside and you are within a level walk in the heart of
Sidmouth with lovely individual shops, restaurants, pubs and the
beach a few steps away.
The building is accessible via
stairs from the entrance door. Stairs lead into the open plan
living/dining/kitchen area where the large windows create a bright
and sunny space at any time of day. There is a lounge area with
comfy sofas and internet TV. A large bay window has views out to
sea and it is the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by.
The fully equipped luxury kitchen has high quality appliances and a
coffee machine.
Bedroom 1- On the first floor
hallway, a door opens to a double bedroom. It has a king bed with
sumptuous cotton bedding and views over the market square.
There is a fully tiled bathroom
with a walk-in rain shower, basin and WC.
Stairs lead out of the open plan
area to the second floor where there are a further three
bedrooms.
Bedroom 2- Bedroom with a king size
bed, smart TV and views over the market square.
Bedroom 3- Master Bedroom with a
super king bed, smart TV and large bay window with views
of the esplanade and out to sea.
Bedroom 4- Bedroom with twin beds
and a perfect people-watching aspect to the street below

The second floor bathroom has a
basin,WC and a bathtub with a shower over.
Guests can pull up to unload,
the apartment has one assigned parking space on the nearby car
park.

the Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying
stunning walks in Areas of
Outstanding Natural Beauty and The Donkey Sanctuary. There are a wide
range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to
Golf at Sidmouth Golf Club and
Woodbury
Park. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth
of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants,
including The
Pig at Combe and Lympstone
Manor.
