**Please note** following storm
Ciaran in November 2023, there is no longer vehicular access on the
lane in front of the chalets. Luggage must be carried from the car
park. There are also intermittent ongoing repairs to the middle and
end section of the lane including some of the closed chalets.

these maintenance repairs.**
The location is often described by
visitors to this area as "idyllic". The outstanding beauty, on one
of the most stunningly beautiful parts of rural Devon on the
Jurassic Coast, is now recognised internationally as a World
Heritage Site.
Robin chalet is at the far end of
the chalets and benefits from a private, enclosed decking area with
stunning sea views.

& many homely touches.
Bedroom One: Fitted double bed and
storage

with lovely sea views!
Kitchen/diner: A well-equipped
fitted kitchen/diner.
Bathroom: Bathroom suit with bath
and shower over, basin and WC
Terrace: French windows lead to the beautiful outside area with
deck chairs overlooking the beach and sea. There is also a decked
patio area with garden furniture where you can relax and watch the
sun go down.
Outside Space: The Beach!
A permit is provided for 1 car in the main car park. Please
note: there is a 2.2 metre height restriction for the car park.
Electric lighting throughout, heating and immersion heater for
hot water, propane gas for cooking.
Guests can explore the Jurassic
Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in Areas of
Outstanding Natural Beauty and The
South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled
days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities
nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf
at Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby
local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and
restaurants, including Otterton
Mill and Lympstone
Manor. There are two pubs within walking
distance, The Fountain Head and The Masons
Arms, along with the Sea
Shanty shop and cafe on Branscombe Beach.
