As you step into the cottage, you are welcomed by a bright and airy hallway that sets the tone for the rest of the home. The ground floor boasts a spacious king-size bedroom, complete with a TV and ample bedroom furniture, offering a tranquil retreat for a restful night.  The ground floor well-appointed shower room features a walk-in shower and a high-rise toilet for added convenience.

Off the hallway, the cosy lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration, with comfortable seating for four guests and a smart TV for entertainment. From here, you move into the bright kitchen and dining area, equipped to seat six guests comfortably. This inviting space opens onto a large, sunny courtyard with outdoor seating, making it ideal for al fresco dining. The rear access from the courtyard is a thoughtful addition, especially for those returning from a day at the beach.

Upstairs, you will find two beautifully furnished bedrooms. The king-size bedroom features a TV with bedroom furniture. The spacious super king bedroom can be arranged as two singles upon request, and also features a TV, this room has ferather bedding. A few steps lead down to the upstairs bathroom with a luxurious free-standing bath and a separate walk-in shower.

Parking: There is restricted 1 hour parking outside the property from 8am-6pm (Free overnight), plus further unrestricted parking on nearby roads. The EDDC Manor Road long stay car park is a 10 minute walk away, 7 day permits can be purchased for £25 and also cover short stay car parks in the area.

Sidmouth is a gem on the Jurassic Coast, renowned for its stunning red cliffs, sandy beaches, and vibrant town centre. From the South West Coast Path's breathtaking walks to the charming Connaught Gardens, there is something for everyone.
