and single bedroom offer flexible sleeping arrangements for
families or groups. Additionally, there's a third WC on this
level.
Outside, the lawned garden is a true highlight, providing a
serene space to unwind and enjoy a sunrise coffee or evening drink
whilst taking in the panoramic vistas. You can watch the comings
and goings along the East Devon Way which runs along the far side
of the field and might even be treated to the church bells in the
distance.
There is driveway parking for 2 vehicles - please note the
driveway is not suitable for low framed cars.
