Overview

The property faces towards the Marina with a large balcony area. The Exe Estuary is a magnificent area at any time of the year for bird watching, water sports, walking, riding bikes on the newly open cycle trail or simply doing nothing but look at the view. Harbour Lights is beautifully furnished in a modern style with co-ordinating colour schemes throughout. 

Accomodation:

The entrance hall leads to a ground floor double bedroom with en-suite shower and WC.

Stairs to first floor lead to a spacious open plan living area with super fast fibre broadband and French doors opening onto a large balcony facing towards the Marina. A dining area with an extendable table & extra chairs and fitted luxury kitchen with quality appliances.

Stairs to second floor lead to two further bedrooms.

Bedroom 2: A master bedroom with a king size bed, fitted wardrobe and quality Oak furniture, views towards the Marina and an en-suite shower room with WC. 

Bedroom 3: A further double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and quality Oak furniture. 

A spacious shower room with WC.

Outside there is a large patio area facing towards the Marina.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required for a relaxing break. It is a thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned RSPB bird sanctuary, long sandy beach, superb coastal walking along the South West Coast Path, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town's attraction. In addition to boat days, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there's always Otterton MillBicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset. In terms of visitor attractions and coastal lifestyle you won't find much better than Exmouth.

Travel information to Devon

By car: Exmouth: From the M5 motorway exit at Exeter follow the signs down the dual carriageway to Exmouth. This leads on the A376 road down into Exmouth. Topsham: From the M5 motorway exit at Exeter follow the signs down the dual carriageway to Exmouth & turn off at the roundabout for Topsham.

By bus: Exmouth & Topsham: From Exeter take route number 57 to Exmouth & Topsham. Approximately 1 hour.

By train: Exmouth has a central train station with good connections. Topsham has a small train station that has a direct line to Exmouth & Exeter with good connections.

By plane: The closest airport is Exeter International. Approximately 20 minutes.

Harbour lights is in housing development built around the old harbour quays. You have views from the property towards the quays and a light view of the estuary. It is in an excellent location, giving you access to the beach, town, restaurants and also in walking distance of the train station. The property has 3 very comfortable double bedrooms and three shower rooms. All the bedrooms have tv's. The house is on 3 levels, with the lounge, kitchen etc on the 1st floor. There is a bedroom with on suite on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms and bathrooms are on the top floors. Two sets of double doors open onto an enclosed terrace with metal steps leading down. There is a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. Parking space for one car although road side parking which may get busy in the summer months. Boat trips near by which take you to various places in the high season. This place takes dogs. Near to the estuary for wildlife enthusiasts.
