in the centre of Sidbury, a very pretty Devon village, overlooking

Devon village with a green and pond, cricket club, local inn and
shop. It is an easy 10-minute drive to the beach and many shops in
Sidmouth, whilst the market town of Honiton is 10 minutes inland.
There are lovely walks from the cottage, one popular walk being the
East Devon Way and the "Sweetcombe Walk".
The entrance hall has stairs to
first floor and a cloakroom with WC. Off the hall is a spacious
kitchen with integrated appliances and dining area. The separate
living room has delightful views over open countryside and French
doors leading to balcony terrace with steps down to the
enclosed garden.
On the first floor there is a
master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room with
WC.
There is a spacious single bedroom
with space for a cot and views over the open countryside and a
further single bedroom with sloping ceiling and Velux window.
Parking: The parking space is
only suitable for a car and any campervans or vans will
need to be parked in the free public car park
located by the village hall a short walk away from the
property. There is a legal covenant not to park
or permit the parking on the parking space of any vehicle caravan,
boat or trailer except for a taxed insured and roadworthy private
car or motorcycle.
