The second bedroom offers two 2ft6 single beds which can be made
as a king on request and some hanging storage.
The family bathroom is bright and modern, featuring a bath with
a shower over.
Outside Space- A rear door leads outside where you'll find a
lean-to with the tumble dryer. The private rear garden, complete
with a well-maintained lawn and seating area is perfect for morning
coffee or evening drinks. At the rear of the garden, there is the
garage which can be used for bike or paddleboard storage, plus a
space with a desk, chair and wifi connection with electrical
sockets.
Parking: Topsham as a town has a residents parking
scheme in place on all roads, and pay for parking is on the
adjacent Elm Grove Road. There are two pay and display carparks on
The Quay and Holman Way.
Alternatively, traveling by public transport is easy, with
Topsham train station and regular bus routes into Exeter.
