Curlew is a superb centrally located semi-detached modern property in a quiet street just off the town centre and close to the esplanade, shops, restaurants and many recreational facilities. "The Byes" National Trust riverside walk and park are also within a short walk. The accommodation is bright and airy with comfortable and tasteful furnishings and colour schemes throughout. The house has high quality fittings in the kitchen and bathroom.
