Cloud Nine is a beautiful cottage in the pretty village of Otterton. The peaceful and idyllic village is the perfect place for anyone after a country escape.
Lounge: The spacious sitting room has an electric coal effect fire and is decorated in neutral, calming tones. There is a two-seater sofa and an armchair, large TV. There is a dining area to sit four guests.
Kitchen: The kitchen has been done to a cottage style with pale green shaker style units and wooden work tops. There is small island with a freezer and storage underneath.
Downstairs WC: There is a downstairs loo just off the kitchen.
Upstairs takes you to a landing leading to the three bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have good quality beds and furniture.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-sized bed
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a single bed
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom is a single bedroom with views of the garden.
Family Bathroom: There is a shower room with W.C hand basin and shower cubicle. Please note there is no bath.
Outside Space: This property benefits from a delightful garden with areas of lawn and a sunny terrace with table and chairs.
Parking: There is unrestricted roadside parking outside the cottage.
A perfect location for walking and birdwatching along the River Otter, exploring the South West Coast Path or just relaxing. Few minutes' walk to the two local pubs and delightful Otterton Mill. Locations nearby include Woodbury Park & Golf Club, Bicton Botanical Gardens, Pebblebed Heaths National Nature Reserve and Woodbury Castle, Sidmouth, Exmouth, Exeter City Centre and Killerton Gardens.
By car: From the A3052 Exeter to Lyme Regis road at the Bowd Inn take the B3175 turning towards Sidmouth.
By bus: From Exeter bus station take number 9 bus to Sidmouth Triangle. Approximately 50 minutes.
By train: The closest train station is Honiton. Approximately 15 minutes away.
By plane: The closest airport is Exeter International. Approximately 30 minutes
