Cloud Nine

Cloud Nine is a beautiful cottage in the pretty village of Otterton. This property benefits from a delightful garden with areas of lawn and a sunny terrace with table and chairs. This traditional cottage has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to four adults. There is on road parking on the road at the front.The cottage is accessed through the front door just off the quiet village road that runs through Otterton.

Living Area- The spacious sitting room has an electric coal effect fire and is decorated in neutral, calming tones. There is a two-seater sofa and an armchair, large TV. There is a dining area to sit four guests.

Kitchen- The kitchen has been done to a cottage style with pale green shaker style units and wooden work tops. There is small island with a freezer and storage underneath.

Downstairs W/C- There is a downstairs loo just off the kitchen. 

Upstairs takes you to a landing leading to the three bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have good quality beds and furniture. 

Bedroom 1- The master bedroom has a king-sized bed

Bedroom 2- The second bedroom has a single bed

Bedroom 3- The third bedroom is a single bedroom with views of the garden.

Family Bathroom- There is a shower room with W.C hand basin and shower cubicle. Please note there is no bath.

There is unristricted roadside parking outside the cottage. 

A perfect location for walking and birdwatching along the River Otter, exploring the South West Coast Path or just relaxing. Few minutes' walk to the two local pubs and delightful Otterton Mill. Locations nearby include Woodbury Park & Golf Club, Bicton Botanical Gardens, Pebblebed Heaths National Nature Reserve and Woodbury Castle, Sidmouth, Exmouth, Exeter City Centre and Killerton Gardens.
