Byeways is a charming terrace cottage next to the river Sid on
the edge of The Byes in Sidmouth. The property has been recently
refurbished with sustainability in mind whilst reflecting the
beautiful nature & activities on offer in East Devon. The owner
thoughtfully provides fresh flowers, milk, fruit & chocolate to
enjoy on arrival.
An organic veg or fruit box Riverford Organic Farmers can be
ordered by guest request. It will be delivered to Byeways on a
Tuesday morning for you to enjoy. Please let us know prior to your
arrival. Organic Fruit Box: £14.95, Organic Veg box: £16.75
It is a short walk down through the Byes National Trust parkland
to the picturesque town and seafront or you can walk from the door
to join the South West Coast Path via beautiful woodland. There is
a convenience store, takeaway and the Volunteer inn all within a
couple of minutes' walk, along with further independent shops,
cafes & restaurants in the town.
Lounge/diner: Comfortably furnished sitting room with a smart TV
and open plan dining area.
Kitchen: A modern well-equipped, fitted kitchen with integrated
appliances and a fridge with a freezer compartment. There is a
further freezer in the utility which can be switched on if
requested.
A downstairs W/C and walk in shower room.
Stairs from the front door lead up to the first floor where
there are two light airy bedrooms with sumptuous organic
cotton bedding & towels.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king size bed and an outlook
over the front of the property.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has zip & link single beds
which can be made as a king on request.
Bathroom: There is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower,
washbasin, WC and a heated towel rail.
Utility Room: fitted with a washing machine and hanging
area is accessed from the courtyard.
Outside Space: At the rear of the cottage there is an enclosed
courtyard garden with garden furniture.
Parking: There is unrestricted roadside parking
outside the property.

The town of Sidmouth has
many individual shops like Field's and
many and varied places to eat.
The surrounding area has beautiful walks through the
Sid Valley and along the Coastal path.
There are plenty of things to do in around Sidmouth. Take a river boat
cruise or try paddleboarding at Exmouth water
sports or take a gentle stroll through Bicton
