Treetops Cottage

Treetops is a charming cottage quietly situated adjacent to Sidmouth's delightful "Byes" National Trust parkland, riverside walk and just an easy five-minute level stroll to the town centre and beach. The cottage is refurbished and offers cosy and well-furnished accommodation. 

Enter through the front door into the modern oak kitchen with integrated appliances and 50/50 fridge freezer. There is a step and archway to the dining area with hard wood flooring. There is a retractable 'gate' in the archway should you need. 

A door leads through to the cosy sitting room with window seat overlooking the pretty south facing garden with garden furniture and Inglenook style fireplace with electric wood burner effect stove. 

From the dining area, stairs lead to the first floor where there is a lovely double bedroom with oak furniture and pleasant outlook over the garden and the Byes National Trust parkland and the River Sid.

There is an additional single bedroom with a chest of drawers and hanging hooks on the back of the door. 

The modern bathroom has a large separate shower cubicle, bath, wash basin and WC.

The stairs to second floor reach the third pretty bedroom with twin beds, sloping eaves and a dormer window overlooking "Byes". 

Parking: There is unrestricted parking along Water Lane, plus further unrestricted parking on the roads adjacent to Temple Street. There is also a short stay car park just at the top of Water Lane. 

Please note the stairs in this quaint cottage are on the steep side and narrow, they do have a hand rail and railings. 

Nearby attractions include the  Norman Lockyer observatory,  River Cottage HQ,  The Donkey Sanctuary,  Otterton Mill,  Stuart Line Cruises,  Seaton Tramway and  RSPB Nature reserves. There are also delicious restaurants to taste the best of the South West Produce such as  The Pea Green Boat,  The Pig at Combe,  The River Exe Cafe and  Lympstone Manor.
