There are water sports such as kayaking and paddle boarding available in the summer, fabulous coastal walks along the famous Jurassic coast offer stunning views at any time of the year. 

There are four steps into the building, then the option either using the stairs, or the elevator to the second floor.   There is then a flight of stairs to the entrance of the apartment.
