The town centre with
excellent shops and restaurants is just a short walk away. There is
a delightful sandy beach in front the property on the Exe Estuary
with the main beach just a few minutes level walk away. Excellent
range of sport and leisure pastimes with fishing trips, walks along
the estuary, cycle path to Topsham and beyond, golf, tennis and
indoor swimming pool are all close by. Exmouth is a renowned kite
surfing, wind surfing and water sports area, where you can have
lessons and hire equipment. The Exe Estuary is also an RSPB
nature reserve, don't forget your binoculars as there is plenty to
see. Exmouth is very easy to get to by public transport, the train
station is only a 15-minute level walk to the Marina, or we can
recommend a taxi. Once here the area is easy to explore,
or just sit and admire the view!
ACCOMMODATION:
Access is by lift or stairs
to first floor. The beautifully furnished accommodation is
open plan and comprises a kitchen area and spacious living/dining
area with patio doors leading to a large balcony overlooking the
estuary and out to sea.
There is an archway to the bedroom
area with king size bed and bedroom furniture.

Parking: there is parking for 1 car
on the private car park adjacent to the apartment
building.

West Coast Path, with easy access to Exeter canal and only a minutes' walk from
two miles of sandy beach. It's the perfect base for a couple or
solo traveller looking to explore Exmouth and beyond. Enjoy
brilliant restaurants nearby such as Michael Caines restaurant 'Mickeys'
on Exmouth seafront or hop on a water taxi to the River Exe
Cafe. Guests can enjoy nearby activities such as water sports
with Edge & Exewake, bird
watching from Seaton tram or a boat trip with Stuart
Line Cruises for a different view of the Jurassic
Coast.
