Overview

Seaview is a spacious and comfortably furnished town house set in a quiet position just off the town centre and Sidmouth seafront. It borders the River Sid and has views out to sea. The beach, seafront, indoor swimming pool, children's play area, shops and cafes are just a few minutes' walk. The footpaths overlooking the Lyme Bay coastline are easily reached from the house. 

The accommodation is of a good size with bright and airy south facing rooms to the front.

An Entrance hall leads into a spacious south facing sitting room with a fireplace and dining area. to the rear of the house, there is a well-equipped spacious kitchen and breakfast room. 

The ground floor has a shower room with large shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

Stairs from the entrance hall led to the first floor there are two bedrooms, one south facing with a double bed and sea views and one to the rear with twin beds and wash basin. There is a white bathroom with shower over bath and W.C.

On the second floor is another south facing room with sea views, a king size bed and a single bed plus a wash basin. All rooms have space for a cot.

Parking: There is private parking for up to 3 cars plus a small boat. On the drive is a small outside seating area with BBQ plus a lockable garage for storage of kayak and bikes.

EV Charging: There is a 7kw AC charger, untethered, so you will need your own Type 2 cable. The owners are kindly offering this free of charge on a fair use policy. Please select the free EV charging extra when booking. 

Guests can explore the     Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in     Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and    The South West Coast Path   The Donkey Sanctuary   Crealy and    Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at     Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including    Otterton Mill and    Lympstone Manor.

By plane: The closest airport is Exeter International. Approximately 30 minutes

This review is for our visit in 2024. Everything remains as before which suits us fine. The house is spacious and well equipped and the parking for two cars is great as we are use this as a venue for two families from different parts of the country.
