Overview

Seascape is a superb luxury apartment forming part of an imposing Grade II listed Georgian terrace perfectly positioned in the heart of Sidmouth. The seafront, shops and restaurants are all within a 2-minute level walk. The owners have thought of everything required to make this a real home from home. The apartment has been tastefully decorated throughout, with modern furnishings, and although the apartment is on the lower ground floor the accommodation is surprisingly bright and airy with large sash windows to the front of the property.

To enter the apartment there is a flight of external steps down to a small outside sitting area with a storage area. The front door enters into the living room with a dining area and an electric fire and large windows overlooking front outside sitting area.

There is a very well-equipped galley style kitchen with modern range of units and appliances.

The bathroom has a walk in shower and WC.

Bedroom 1: Main bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room with WC and French doors leading to a small rear courtyard. 

Bedroom 2: Second bedroom with a double bed

Both bedrooms are well furnished with wardrobes and drawers for storage.

Parking: A residents/visitors parking permit allows parking in front of the Terrace, however this does not guarantee a parking space at all times. Jacobs Ladder long stay car park is a 5-minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.                                                      

Camping chairs, picnic equipment and a selection of Golf Clubs/bags are available for guest use.

Children over the age of 8 years old welcome.

Sidmouth is a brilliant base for any age of guest, enjoy delicious food at great retaurants such as  The Pea Green Boat to  Lympstone Manor. Explore a range of activities on offer from nearby beaches off the  South West Coat Path to day trips with the kids to  The Donkey Sanctuary and  Pecorama. There is  paddleboarding & kayaking available over the summer from the beach right in front of Artists View, or enjoy a round of golf at  Sidmouth or  Honiton Golf Club.
