Walk through the National Trust
wooded coombe, minutes from the Cottage, the lower path leads to a
secluded beach, perfect for swimming in the crystal-clear water.
Alternatively take the higher path to the cliff and join the South West Coast
Path which has spectacular views over Lyme Bay. The Donkey Sanctuary, famous worldwide, is
within a 10-minute walk. The unspoilt Regency town of Sidmouth is a
10-minute drive away. Rosemary Cottage has been lovingly restored
retaining much of its original character with exposed beams, stone
walls and solid oak floors.

the cottage garden to entrance porch.

exposed stone walls and a feature inglenook fireplace with wood
burner.

Garden: Outside there is a private
garden at the front with garden furniture and coal BBQ. The
remaining area of the garden is shared with the owner who lives in
the adjoining property. There is also a pretty summerhouse for
guests to use.

2 cars, plus further parking available in the free car park at the
end of the lane.
Guests can explore the Jurassic
Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in Areas of
Outstanding Natural Beauty and The
South West Coast Path. Seaton Tramway, Crealy and Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled
days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities
nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing
to Golf at Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby
local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and
restaurants, including Otterton Mill and Lympstone
Manor.
