Rosechurch Cottage is a delightful, character cottage which has been tastefully refurbished to maintain its wonderful charm. In the heart of Branscombe, it is within easy reach of two brilliant pubs and a beautiful beach on the the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy a Devon cream tea in the sunny cottage courtyard and rear garden, or settle in with a good book next to the cosy woodburner fire, come rain or shine you won't want to leave! 

From the parking space the main door leads into an entrance hall with a utility cloakroom, washing machine and downstairs w.c.

A door leads into the spacious living room with a wood burner, stacked bookshelf, Smart TV and comfortable sofas to seat up 6 to guests.

This leads on to the separate kitchen and dining area, perfect for spending time with family and friends. The attractive kitchen has modern shaker style kitchen units and granite countertops with integrated applicances, there is an under the counter fridge with a  freezer compartment, with plenty of counter space and storage.

Doors lead from the kitchen into a small conservatory style room with patio doors to the beautifil lower courtyard area which enjoys sun throughout the day.

Spiral stairs (pictured), lead up to the three well furnished bedrooms and bathrooms. 

Bedroom 1: A master bedroom with king-size bed, full wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bath, w.c & sink. 

Bedroom 2: Contemporary bedroom with double bed and chest of drawers with hanging rail.

Bedroom 3: A smaller bedroom with single bed and dressing table

Family bathroom: A family bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate bath, sink and WC.

At the side of the property there is off road parking for one car.

At the rear of the property steps lead up into a garden with a lawned area, raised flowerbeds and vegetable planters. 

Guests can explore the  Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in  Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including Otterton Mill and Lympstone Manor. There are two pubs within walking distance, The Fountain Head and The Masons Arms, along with the Sea Shanty shop and cafe on Branscombe Beach.
