Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage is a beautifully refurbished town house in the centre of Sidmouth, close to the beach, shops and cafes. The property is situated in a quiet residential street with no passing traffic and is within easy reach of the shops and Esplanade. The accommodation is tastefully presented with new furnishings throughout.

There is a spacious, open plan light and airy living area with a feature fireplace and comfortable seating for six guests. The dining area has a large family table and patio doors opening to a small enclosed sitting area. There is a very well-equipped kitchen with new appliances. The utility area leads from the kitchen with a washing machine.

Downstairs Bathroom - A door opposite the utility leads to to a ground floor bathroom with a bath with a shower over, sink and WC.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king size bed and fitted bedroom furniture.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a double bed and a small wardrobe.

Family Bathroom: There is a family shower room with a shower cubicle and vanity sink unit. Access to a good size roof terrace, a real sun trap. Separate W.C.

Bedroom 3: On the second floor there is a further twin bedroom and a small dressing room.

At the front of the property there is a south facing sitting out area perfect for morning coffee.

PARKING: This property has a permit for one space in the Mill Street car park around 150m from the cottage.

If your party has further cars, the long stay car park is located on Manor Road near Jacobs Ladder approximately 10-15 min walk. 3-7 day digital permits can be purchased online through the EDDC website or the RingGo parking app. These tickets are valid in all East Devon District car parks (note maximum stay).

Guests can explore the   Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in   Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and  The South West Coast Path.  The Donkey Sanctuary,  Crealy and  Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at   Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including  Otterton Mill and  Lympstone Manor.
