Puffin at Leigh Cottages is a beautiful bungalow situated in established, well maintained grounds shared with other similar holiday properties of just 8 in total. Located in the charming hamlet of Weston.
Level access to a newly refurbished open plan living area with a comfortable sofa, arm chair and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Please note there is no freezer in the property, but there is a communal freezer in the laundry unit for the Leighs.

There is a communal laundry area with use of a coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a freezer available for guest use in the communal area.
In the surrounding area it is possible to walk through the National Trust wooded combe, minutes from the cottage. The lower path leads to a secluded pebble beach, perfect for swimming in the crystal-clear water and the higher path leads to the cliff and joins the South West Coast Path which has spectacular views over Lyme Bay. The Donkey Sanctuary is on the door step and a lovely place to visit. Sidmouth is just 3 miles away and the hopper bus (for a small charge) serves the hamlet in the summer months, taking you into Sidmouth.
By car: From the A3052 Exeter to Lyme Regis road at the Bowd Inn take the B3175 turning towards Sidmouth.
By bus: From Exeter bus station take number 9 bus to Sidmouth Triangle. Approximately 50 minutes.
By train: The closest train station is Honiton. Approximately 15 minutes away.
By plane: The closest airport is Exeter International. Approximately 30 minutes
