Primrose Cottage is situated in a
peaceful location in the delightful village of East Budleigh, with
easy access to the beach at Budleigh Salterton. East Budleigh is a
popular village, with pretty thatched cottages, local church,
a friendly community run pub, The Sir
Walter Raleigh, serving great food and a village
shopp. Famed for Sir Walter Raleigh, the village is the
perfect base for local walks and for access to the coast. The local
village church has bell ringing practice each Wednesday. The
cottage is accessed via a walled pedestrian lane but please be
aware that the front of the property overlooks the village car
park.
On the ground floor there is a
light, open-plan living area with two-seater sofa and an electric
fire.
The modern kitchen area is fully
equipped with all mod cons and has a small dining table and chairs.
PLease note the fridge/ freezer is slightly smaller than a standard
size.
French doors open to a small,
private walled courtyard garden with views of the church - the
perfect spot to enjoy some peace and quiet and a relaxing glass of
wine in the evening.
Upstairs leads to the two
bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Main bedroom, with
double bed is decorated with neutral, seaside tones to provide a
restful space for those looking to get away from it all.
Bedroom 2: A second small bedroom
with a 3' single divan bed.
The modern tiled showeroom has a
walk-in shower, basin & WC.
Parking: Free parking on village
car park opposite the cottage.

walking, swimming, golf, art, fishing, birdwatching along the River
Otter, exploring the South West Coast
Path or just relaxing. Locations nearby
