Overview

The accommodation is beautifully presented with light, airy and comfortable well-furnished rooms. Outside there is an enclosed lawned garden with mature shrub borders, trees and an enclosed patio area at the rear.

The front door leads to a spacious entrance hall with rooms off it.

The sitting room has lovely views over the garden and Sidmouth. 

There is a a newly installed well-equipped kitchen.

A separate spacious dining room, with a door to a lobby area giving access to rear enclosed patio. 

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king size bed with lovely views over Sidmouth. 

Bathroom 1: There is a large modern bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. 

Bedroom 2: Second rear bedroom with twin beds and patio doors.

Sidmouth is a brilliant base for any age of guest, enjoy delicious food at great retaurants such as   The Pea Green Boat  and   Lympstone Manor. Explore a range of activities on offer from nearby beaches along the   South West Coat Path to day trips with the kids to   The Donkey Sanctuary and   Pecorama. Pear Trees is a wonderful bungalow. Spacious, comfortable and clean, in an ideal location close to the town centre. It was very quiet, at the end of a small cul-de-sac with off road parking for two or three cars. It had just about everything you could need including night lights in most rooms. I would definitely recommend staying at Pear Trees.
