Paddy's Place is a beautifully refurbished ground floor apartment close to the beach. Open the patio doors and hear the waves breaking onto the pebbles. From the garden gate a few steps lead directly onto the Budleigh beach path, with direct access to the unique red cliffs and pebble beach of this special part of the Jurassic Coast and the South West Coast Path. Budleigh Salterton is a traditional Devon fishing village with a tranquil beach, ideal for swimming.

Lounge: An elegantly furnished sitting room with a Smart TV and French doors leading out into a courtyard with garden table, chairs, and parasol.

Kitchen: A well-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave.

Dining area: Seating for up to six guests.

Bedroom One: Furnished with a king size bed and bedroom furniture.

Bedroom Two: Furnished with a double bed and bedroom furniture.

Bathroom: Newly refurbished shower room with a walk-in shower, WC, and hand basin. 

Outside Space: Door leads from the dining area into the pretty enclosed rear garden courtyard, there is a further table and chairs at the top of the courtyard with views of the beach and Lyme Bay.

Pets: One well behaved dog accepted!

There is 30 minutes free parking near the front entrance of the apartment (unrestricted from 18.00hrs - 09.00hrs) There are short stay car parks off the high street, the long stay car park is Lime Kiln at the end of the sea front, a weekly ticket can be purchased for £25 through East Devon District Council website online - this ticket can be used for all EDDC car parks. There is also a free car park by the Public Hall (nearer than Lime Kiln and overnight parking allowed) and also a small car park behind the grocers in Brook Road.

A perfect location for walking, swimming, golf, art, fishing, birdwatching along the River Otter, exploring the South West Coast Path or just relaxing. Few minutes' walk to local shops, cafes, and restaurants.
