There are three steps up to the front door leading to entrance hall.

Bedroom 1: A spacious double bedroom with a king size bed, bedroom furniture & sink.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with dressing table and walk in style wardrobe
Bathroom: A tiled bathroom with shower over bath, WC & hand basin.
Outside Space: Patio door leading round to the courtyard with outdoor furniture.
Parking: Guests can unload outside the property. There is some unrestricted parking outside the property and along Hillside Road.
Pets: 2 pets are permitted

Lower Brooklet is the perfect base to explore Sidmouth & the surrounding areas. Stroll up the Byes for a pub lunch at the Blue Ball. Drive to the River Cottage HQ for a meal or cookery course, go by water taxi to the River Exe award winning cafe or simply rest, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of Lower Brooklet. You will be spoilt for choice!
By car: From the A3052 Exeter to Lyme Regis road at the Bowd Inn take the B3175 turning towards Sidmouth.
By bus: From Exeter bus station take number 9 bus to Sidmouth Triangle. Approximately 50 minutes.
By train: The closest train station is Honiton. Approximately 15 minutes away.
By plane: The closest airport is Exeter International. Approximately 30 minutes
