Nestled in the peaceful hamlet of Weston, Jasmine Cottage offers the perfect escape for walkers, nature lovers and families alike. Just a stone's throw from the world-famous South West Coast Path and Weston Secluded Beach, also next door to the much-loved Donkey Sanctuary. This welcoming holiday cottage is full of character, set in beautiful gardens and ideally placed for exploring the Jurassic Coast.

Step through the front porch and into a traditionally laid out home, brimming with comfort and charm. To the left, a spacious lounge offers comfortable seating, a record Player and a TV, and leads through to a well-equipped, characterful kitchen. A door from the kitchen leads to a utility area, downstairs WC, and side access to the gardens. To the right of the hallway, a separate dining room with an additional seating area provides a second sociable space and also connects to the kitchen, offering a practical and welcoming flow throughout the ground floor.

Bedroom 1- Upstairs, the central staircase leads to three beautifully presented bedrooms. The master bedroom, known as The Blue Room, features a king-size bed that can be configured as two singles on request, along with wardrobes, a TV, sink, hairdryer and views over the front garden.

Bedroom 2-The Red Room is a warm and inviting double bedroom with an original cottage wardrobe, TV, sink and similar front garden views.

Bedroom 3- The third bedroom The White Room, is a cosy single with a beautifully hand-forged bed frame, made by the local blacksmith in Branscombe. It also includes a wardrobe, Smart TV, sink, and overlooks the West facing side garden perfect for sunsets.

Bathroom- The family bathroom is generously sized with a freestanding bath, separate shower, sink and WC, and there is an additional upstairs WC for convenience.

One of the highlights of Jasmine Cottage is its beautifully maintained, award-winning garden. At the front, a natural wildlife pond creates a peaceful spot to watch birds and dragonflies, while three separate patio areas offer ideal spaces for outdoor dining and unwinding with a book or glass of wine. The bright rear garden is perfect for catching the sun and features a charming summer house - a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee or a quiet afternoon retreat.

Parking- There is private parking for 2 cars on the driveway.

Internet- Please note that due to the rural location, the internet connection at Jasmine Cottage is suitable for basic browsing and checking emails but is often not reliable enough for downloading large files or streaming video content.

Bedding- This property has feather bedding, please let us know before arrival if non-feather bedding is required in certain rooms.
