On entering the cottage, the spacious lounge with wood burning effect fire (not in use) and comfortable seating is to the right.
To the left is an open plan dining area leading through to the kitchen with brand new integrated appliances.
There is a downstairs WC.

Bedroom One: Master bedroom with a king size bed & wardrobe
Bedroom Two: Twin room that can be made as a king on request.
The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
On the front courtyard there is outdoor seating and parking for 2 small cars or 1 medium/large car.
Guests can explore the Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Bicton Gardens are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including Otterton Mill and Lympstone Manor.
By car: From the A3052 Exeter to Lyme Regis road at the Bowd Inn take the B3175 turning towards Sidmouth.
By bus: From Exeter bus station take number 9 bus to Sidmouth Triangle. Approximately 50 minutes.
By train: The closest train station is Honiton. Approximately 15 minutes away.
By plane: The closest airport is Exeter International. Approximately 30 minutes
