Just a few minutes level walk from the beach, children's play park, indoor swimming pool, coastal path, shops and pubs. An entrance hall leads into a large sitting room with leather sofas and a dining area. There are patio doors to rear patio area with patio furniture and parasol. 

The separate kitchen has handmade oak kitchen units with a range master double oven, integrated appliances and breakfast area.

Stairs from the entrance hall lead to three well furnished bedrooms.

The master bedroom facing the River Sid, has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, hand basin and WC. The twin bedroom has a wash basin. The double bedroom has a king size bed.

There is a family bathroom with stone tiled floor and walls, shower over bath, hand basin and WC. 

PARKING: There is private secure parking for 1 car behind wooden gates on the driveway.
