Cheddar Cottage forms part of a pretty terrace of cottages in a quiet residential area of Sidmouth just a five-minute walk to the seafront and shops.
Lounge Diner: A beautifully furnished spacious open plan sitting room/dining room with a Victorian style fireplace with gas living flame fire. French doors lead to a sunny enclosed courtyard with patio table and chairs, and rear access for bike storage.
Bright fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
Utility room with washing machine.

Bedroom 1: a good size bedroom with a double bed and fitted bedroom furniture.
Bedroom 2: a pretty twin bedroom.
Bathroom: with shower over bath, basin and WC.
Outside Space: French doors lead from the lounger to a sunny enclosed courtyard with patio table and chairs, and rear access for bike storage.
Parking: Unrestricted roadside parking along the lane in front of the cottage. Alternatively, Manor Road long stay car park is a 5-minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.
Pets: 2 pets are permitted
Sidmouth is a beautiful Edwardian seaside town with various individual shops and places to eat and drink close by. The surrounding Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty has numerous walks and a variety of activites for all ages and abilities.
By car: From the A3052 Exeter to Lyme Regis road at the Bowd Inn take the B3175 turning towards Sidmouth.
By bus: From Exeter bus station take number 9 bus to Sidmouth Triangle. Approximately 50 minutes.
By train: The closest train station is Honiton. Approximately 15 minutes away.
By plane: The closest airport is Exeter International. Approximately 30 minutes
