Barnhuis is a modern detached and peaceful bungalow situated in
the delightful village of Otterton and within walking distance of
the path following the Jurassic
coastline towards Sidmouth and Exmouth. Otterton has
much to offer with the River Otter running down to the estuary at
Budleigh Salterton and lovely walks along the river. There is a
1000-year-old working mill with bakery, craft centre, gift shop and
restaurant which regularly hosts live music. The village pub is
close by. The village community shop, manned by volunteers, stocks
all the essentials. The bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away.
Nearby Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton have lovely pebble beaches,
individual shops and cafes. There is an extensive sandy beach at
Exmouth whilst Ladram Bay less than a mile away, has holiday resort
facilities.

extra/week if required.
A perfect location for walking and birdwatching along the River
Otter, exploring the South West Coast Path or
just relaxing. The Otter estuary has recently been completely
changed (LORP project) to be tidal, attracting new species of
birds. Beavers can be seen up the river. Few minutes' walk to the
two local pubs and delightful Otterton Mill.
