April Cottage is a spacious, stylish cottage situated in the heart of Sidmouth, in a quiet residential area just a few minutes level walk from the town centre and esplanade with wide sweeping pebble beach. The property has an enclosed patio style garden and garage. The house has been lovingly refurbished with tasteful, soothing colour schemes and brand-new beautiful furnishings throughout.
