Conservatory: French doors lead from the dining area into a conservatory at the front of the house with views over the Sid valley.

Bedroom 1: Bedroom on ground level with a double bed and views over the garden.

Ground Floor Shower Room:  Shower, sink and WC situated next to bedroom 1.

On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms. 

Bedroom 2: Bedroom with a king size bed and a TV, dressing room and en suite shower room with sink and w.c. Views over the Sid Valley and out to sea.

Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with views over the garden

Guests can explore the  Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in  Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at  Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including Otterton Mill and Lympstone Manor.
