Situated in a quiet residential area of Topsham just a few minutes level walk to the shops, restaurants and Exe Estuary. The house has the benefit of double-glazing and gas central heating, which makes it an ideal holiday home throughout the year. The railway station linking Topsham to both Exeter and Exmouth is a few minutes level walk. The main shopping area of Topsham with many individual shops and quality restaurants is just a few minutes walk away.The Exe Estuary is renowned for the RSBP bird reserve, with a fabulous cycle path running the legnth of the Estuary.
