Woodville is a spacious semi detached house located in a quiet residential area approximately 2 miles from the beach and town centre of Sidmouth.The property has a large enclosed rear garden with ample parking.Completely refurbished throughout the accommodation is fresh, modern and very well furnished.There is a good pub close by, The Blue Ball which is family friendly and accepts pets. The Spar supermarket and best fish & chip shop are also within easy walking distance.The renowned National Trust riverside walk "The Byes" leads to Sidmouth, it is a lovely level walk or cycle ride.     

          

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

An entrance hall with easy rising stairs to first floor.Spacious newly fitted, very well equipped kitchen with dining area. Utility room with WC and rear entrance to garden. Lovely sitting room with bay window and fine open views of Trow Hill.On the first floor are 3 bedrooms. One double, one good size twin bedded room and one smaller room with twin 2'6" beds.Newly fitted bathroom with white suite. Shower over bath, hand basin and WC.
