Sailmakers Court is a  top quality first floor apartment accessed via a lift or stairs. Situated in a much sought after marina development right on the Exe Estuary, a renowned nature reserve. The south facing balcony has a panoramic aspect directly onto the marina giving a constantly changing scene to watch. The marina has a cafe bar, and small selection of shops, the main shopping centre in Exmouth are about a 15 minute level walk. The long sandy beach is just a few minutes walk as is the delightful estuary walk and cycle track to Topsham. The railway station with the M & S food hall is a 10 minute level walk for those using public transport.
