Middle Mead is a spacious, bright and sunny detached house located in a quiet residential area ofEast Budleigh.This pretty East Devon village sits on the edge of Woodbury Common Nature Reserve and is just a five minute drive to the coastal town of Budleigh Salterton on the Jurassic Coast.East Budleigh has a thriving village community with excellent pub, and village shop run by local volunteers, always good for a friendly chat.The property is newly refurbished with tasteful colour schemes and furnishings throughout in a modern contemporary style.  


An entrance hall with stairs to first floor and a cloakroom withWC.A fitted kitchen with dining area and access to rear garden.A spacious living room that is tasefully furnished.The stairs to first floor have a hand rail either side. On the first floor there are three good size bedrooms,one with a double bed, one with twin beds and one with a single bed.There is a shower room with a large shower enclosure with hand rails and hand basin. Separate WC.Outside there is a long drive with easy parking for two cars. Level lawn gardens to front and back. The back garden is enclosed with garden furniture.

Pets: Accepted at £25 per week

Parking: Private parking for2cars + a garage.

Appliances: T.V, DVD Cd/radio, hair dryer

Kitchen utilities: Electric hob and oven. Fridge. Freezer. Washing machine. Microwave. Dishwasher.  


22nd September 2018- 'Thank you, we have had a wonderful time here at Middlemead. The house is like home from home. East Budleigh is a quiet but a friendly place. We have enjoyed the walks to the beach and surrounding areas. Thank you again.'

21st July 2018 -'We've thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Middlemead - a very comfortable and well appointed house. Even the most glorious weather for us. We hope to be back.

30th June 2018 -' Arrived a day late - in pouring rain - milk coffee and biscuits appreciated, Thank you. Rest of the week glorious sunshine, if not a little too hot. The house has everything you need and comfortable and well equipped, peaceful village and lots on the doorstep.

16th June 2018 -' We have enjoyed our holiday in this pleasant home and friendly village. We have been blessed with good weather and peace & quiet. We've recharged and feel ready to return home now.
