Beacon House is a beautiful, light and airy house situated on Exmouth Marina. It is a level walk into Exmouth town centre, with easy access to the train station and the Exe cycle trail. The detached property has beautiful views on the marina, over to Dawlish Warren and the Exe estuary. The estuary is a wonderful area at any time of year for bird watching, water sports, walking, cycling or simply admiring the ever-changing view and the stunning sunsets.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

Beacon House is tastefully furnished with coordinating colour schemes throughout. The entrance has stairs that lead up to the first floor, where there is a large open plan, living room and well-equipped kitchen, with bright and airy dining area, plus a cosy living room with quality oak furnishings and comfortable sofas.French doors lead onto a large balcony. Also on the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is a family bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Further stairs lead to a master bedroom with a king size bed and French doors that lead out onto a balcony.Adjacent to this bedroom is a shower room with a WC.There is also an additional cosy sitting room on this floor, with Juliet balcony and offering more views over the marina.
