Brook cottage is a superb recently built terraced house in the centre of this very pretty Devon village, overlooking open countryside at the rear and just a short walk to the village stores and pubs.The property has high quality fittings and furnishings throughout and is surprisingly spacious. Sidbury is a thriving Devon village with a green and pond, cricket club, local inn and shop. It is an easy 10 minute drive to the beach and many shops at Sidmouth, whilst the market town of Honiton is 10 minutes inland. There are lovely walks from the cottage, one popular walk being the "Sweetcombe Walk".

A spacious kitchen with integrated appliances and dining area.A living room with delightful views over open countryside and French doors to an enclosed garden. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room with WC. A further double room with a king size bed, dressing room and views over the open countryside. A bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.An enclosed rear garden with balcony and steps down to a good sized lawn area and private parking area.

15th September 2018- 'Comfortable cottage & Sidbury event week did us proud. Lovely linen & beds too. Glorious sunshine most of the week. Thank you for your immaculate cottage and welcome pack.'

8th September 2018- 'Another great week - weather excellent. Spent most of our time walking the coastal paths. This is one of our favourite areas for walking. Golden cap was well worth a visit. Love Budleigh Salterton, good walks over to Exmouth or Ladram Bay from there. Love the house -this is our third visit and won't be our last.'

7th July 2018 - 'What a lovely, comfortable, well appointed home. Very clean and everything you need. Many thanks for the delightful stay. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet, just the river and the birds and a few cows passing by. Beautiful area.'
