£100 supplement for Folk Week ( 1st week in August )

22nd October 2018- 'It's a privilege to stay in this Regency corner of Sidmouth in such
attractive accommodation. I travelled by train and found it to be easy and convenient as all
the town's amenities are close by. Nearest station is Honiton then onwards by taxi or by bus (no 9 at the station, alight at the Triangle and it's a very short walk to no 4.)The apartment is extremely comfortable and comprehensively equipped to cater for every need. We slept well inthe comfy beds with fine bed linens and the kitchen isequipped for the most ambitious cook. A great apartment for 2 couples offering privacy and 2 ensuites but
equally I was content on my own for part of the week.Congrats to the owners for offering such a desirable apartment and thanks to Sweetcombe for providing an individual service.

14th August 2018 - "I had a very enjoyable week in this beautiful apartment apartment. It's clearly much loved by the owners. The location is hard to beat for convenience and tranquillity. The views out across the tennis courts and bowling green provide an ever changing vista of how life could be led at a gentle pace! It's a privilege to stay in this regency corner of Sidmouth, close to Sidmouth triangle for local buses and all the amenities Sidmouth has to offer. Nearby you will find a great deli serving good coffee and a n excellent coffee shop. The apartment is extremely comfortable and comprehensively equipped to cater for every need. Everything here is of the best quality and the decor is well chosen. Highly recommended. Thanks to the owners for sharing and to Sweetcombe for providing first class service!"

*Short Break prices shown are for 3 nights only, please call for 4 or 5 night prices if required. Short Breaks are available from the end of October half term to the start of the Easter school holidays, or at the owners' discretion for a last minute booking at other times of the year. Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.
