About this property

Camomile Cottage is a spacious, beautifully refurbished town house with a private parking space, situated just off the beach and town centre. The accommodation is presented to the highest standard with tasteful and comfortable furnishings throughout. There is a sheltered enclosed patio area at the rear overlooking the River Sid. Every room is bright, airy and spacious. The beach, seafront, indoor swimming pool, children's play area, shops and cafes are just 200 yards walk away. The footpaths overlooking the Lyme Bay coastline are easily reached from the house.


Spacious, light and airy sitting room with electric wood burner effect fire.  Dining room also with gas wood burner effect fire. Shaker style very well equipped kitchen with door to small sun room leading to rear courtyard. Ground floor WC. On the first floor there are three bedrooms. Each spacious bedroom has fitted wardrobes. Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room with walk in shower and hand basin (no WC). Further double bedroom and one twin bedroom with hand basin. Bathroom with modern white suite comprising shower over bath and W.C. At the rear is a good size enclosed patio area with table and chairs overlooking the River Sid.

£100 supplement for Folk Festival Week ( 1st week in August )

12th May 2018- 'Thank you so much for a lovely holiday.Our first stay in Sidmouth and we were so lucky to find Camomile Cottage.Wow, what a little gem!To open the front door after a long journey and walk into this lovely place with everything for our comfort and relaxation.Loved the cream tea on arrival and the milk in the fridge was a nice thought.Nothing at all to complain about here. The Sky TV malfunctioned mid week and was sorted within the hour (thank you Adam!)Many cream teas on the glorious patio, many walks along the sea front and to Connaught Gardens and to the Byes.And you even provided extra special weather too!Would recommend a trip to A La Ronde near Exmouth if you're a National Trust member.Lovely food at The Clock Tower cafe and restaurant in Connaught Gardens and carvery at The Bowd Inn. 31st March 2018 - ' We were wowed by the beautifully co-ordinated decor and the warmth. The fantastically comfortable beds were really appreciated. The week started bright and sunny, lovely for walks up the byes and up to Connaught gardens.
