Camomile Cottage is a spacious, beautifully refurbished town house.  The accommodation is presented to the highest standard with tasteful and comfortable furnishings throughout. The beach, seafront, indoor swimming pool, children's play area, shops and cafes are just 200 yards walk away. The footpaths overlooking the Lyme Bay coastline are easily reached from the house.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

 There is a spacious, light and airy sitting room with electric wood burner effect fire. The dining room also has a gas wood burner effect fire. There is a very well equipped kitchen with door to small sun room leading to rear courtyard where there is a shelter enclosed patio area over looking the River Sid. A ground floor WC. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room with walk in shower and hand basin (no WC). A further double bedroom and one twin bedroom with hand basin. There is a bathroom with a modern white suite comprising a shower over the bath and W.C.

Child Amenities: High chair and child booster seat

£100 supplement for Folk Festival Week ( 1st week in August )

24th November 2018- 'Our second visit to Camomile Cottage this year.Absolutely lovely.Great location.Lots of days out and very nice meals.The cottage is so lovely and cozy.Looking forward to coming back in the summer.'

17th November 2018- 'Another lovely stay at Camomile Cottage.We've had some lovely coastal walks to Ladrum Bay, the Donkey Sanctuary down to Weston Mouth and Budleigh Salterton to Otterton Mill. A few visits to the Donkey Sanctuary followed by lunch in The Kitchen is recommended! We hope to return again sometime soon.'

6th October 2018- 'Second stay in Camomile cottage, just love it. We came down in March and had all the snow, and this time we had lovely weather all week. We have already booked again for April. This cottage has everything you could wish for, also a big thank you for the cream tea.'

22nd September 2018- 'Our third year at your lovely cottage and have had a great holiday visiting various places such as A La Ronde at Exmouth. Well worth a visit and also Weymouth. The Bowd does a lovely carvery and other nice meals. The aquarium at Plymouth well worth a visit too. Thanks again for a lovely fortnight here.'

1st September 2018- 'Our first visit to Sidmouth and we loved it!Three generations of family had a great holiday and we really loved Camomile Cottage. so cosy and well decorated and appointed and spacious. what a find!!

The cottage is in a wonderful and convenient location for all of the town's restaurants and shops as well as the beach.
