The Exe Estuary is a magnificent area at any time of the year for bird watching, water sports, walking, riding bikes on the newly open cycle trail or simply doing nothing but look at the view. The property is stylishly furnished in a modern style with co-ordinating colour schemes throughout.


There is an entrance hall and a cloakroom with W.C.A kitchen/dining room with light beech units and dining area. French doors leading to an enclosed patio area that opens onto the marina. Quality garden furniture for al fresco dining. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with two single push together beds, French doors opening onto Juliet balcony with Marina and estuary views and fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.A luxury en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, hand basin and WC.A double bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.A luxury fully tiled shower room with large shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. On the second floor a delightful sitting room with Oak flooring, vaulted ceiling and large picture window with French doors opening onto balcony directly overlooking the marina and estuary.A spacious double bedroom with twin push together beds and fitted wardrobe with chest of drawers.

From time to time the Marina Management Company organise maintenance work to the exterior of the properties which is out of the control of the owners. This is usually done with total discretion with consideration for people staying on the Marina. 


13th October 2018 - 'This is out 5th visit to Exmouth staying on the marina and this is the best accommodation so far. Very clean and comfortable with the bonus of being south facing. A well equipped kitchen andgreat for walks along the seafront and estuary.'

6th October 2018 - 'Another great relaxing break. Weather was sunny and plenty to see and do. Will be back again soon.'

16th June 2018 - 'Lovely week sat out in the sun on the patio. Weather was great. The crazy golf is a must! Great food at Donatos!'

19th May 2018 - 'We have really enjoyed our week in Exmouth and are going to miss eating breakfast on the terrace watching the boats come in. This lovely property is so well placed for walks along the seafront or in the town and the water taxi for exploring. Thank you for letting us rent your property for the week, we can't wait to return next year!'

Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.
