An entrance hall and a cloakroom with W.C. Newly fitted luxury kitchen with dining area. French doors leading to patio garden affording superb marina views. On the first floor there is a spacious sitting room with French doors opening onto the southerly facing balcony with unrivalled views across the marina. Attractive raised living flame electric fire. Double bedroom. Good quality bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, one double bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room and W.C. One twin bedroom. One single bedroom. At the front of the property there is a large paved sun patio with good quality garden furniture and a gate leading directly to the marina.

From time to time the Marina Management Company organise maintenance work to the exterior of the properties which is out of the control of the owners. This is usually done with total discretion with consideration for people staying on the Marina.
