is a spacious bright, airy and recently modernised Victorian house,located in the heart of Sidmouth within 200 yards of the beach, shops, indoor swimming pool, cinema and theatre. The accommodation is very well furnished in a modern style with pale colour schemes throughout. All the rooms have an unusual shape as the house forms a curve in the terrace that adds to the character of the property. 


Open plan entrance with stairs to first floor. Large living area with bay window, wood effect laminate flooring, modern feature gas fire. Dining area leading to modern fitted kitchen. Utility room with door to rear enclosed patio style garden.On the first floor there are two spacious twin bedrooms. Large family bathroom with shower over bath and W.C.On the second floor there is a lovely double room with velux windows in the sloping ceiling. En-suite shower room and W.C.

No Pets

Unrestricted roadside parking within a few minutes walk of the cottage. Alternatively the long stay car park at Jacobs Ladder is about a 10 minute walk along the seafront where you can purchase a weekly ticket covering all East Devon car parks for £25

Electric oven and hob. Washing machine.Fridge and Freezer. Dishwasher. Microwave.

Bed linen included. Towels available to hire at £8 per set.

Gas central heating throughout. .

Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.
