Oleander is a superb period property forming the whole upper part of one of the most famous building's in Sidmouth- as mentioned in the Sidmouth 'Blue Plaque' guide. Coburg terrace occupies a truly invaluable position within the town centre, gaining delightful panoramic views across the tennis courts, bowling green and Salcombe hill. The town centre is just a few minutes level walk away. There are many original paintings on display by the owner who is a talented artist.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

An entrance hall with stairs to first floor. A charming sitting room with feature marble fireplace. French doors to small south facing balcony with patio furniture, overlooking the tennis courts and Bowling Green towards Amyatts Terrace. A dining area and  spacious well equipped kitchen with breakfast area. Six stairs leading down to two bedrooms, one with twin beds and wash basin and one with a double bed.  A white bathroom with a shower over a circular bath and W.C. One the second floor is a charming third bedroom with a sloping ceiling, twin beds and en-suite white bathroom with a corner bath and W.C.

Towels: Available to hire at £8 per set

Child Amenities: Cot, High chair and stair gate available to hire on request for £10 per item

30th June 2018- "We have had a lovely week on our third visit to Oleander. The weather has been amazing and we have spent many hours watching the tennis and bowls from the balcony. Thursday 'fish' night at Dukes is definitely worth a visit."

Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.
