About this property

A delightful, peaceful and quiet cottage wing of a detached house, situated on the lower slopes of Salcombe hill with sea views to the south. Sidmouth town centre and esplanade are just a few minutes walk down the coastal path, a little longer coming back!The Pump house Ref 123 is also in the grounds of Grace Darling for those wishing to have two properties close together.

Accommodation

Fitted oak galley style kitchen with dining table, and a sitting room comfortably furnished. There is a ground floor cloakroomwith 2nd WC as well as a further WC in the shower room upstairs. On the first floor are one large room with double king size bed and wash basin. Lovely views out to sea and over the Sid Valley. Small single room with pleasant views over the Sid Valley. Wash basin. Shower room with W.C. To the front and rear are paved patio areas with direct sea views at the rear. Both have garden furniture. You can conveniently park your car immediately adjacent to the front patio on the private driveway of the house.

 Gas central heating. Gas and electricity included May to September, thereafter charged at £20 per week.
