Camellia Cottage is a beautifully presented double fronted cottage which forms part of the delightful Regency Grade II listed Amyatts Terrace. Quietly situated in one of the most sought after areas of the town centre, overlooking the tennis courts and bowling green, just 200 yards easy stroll to the colourful and famous Blackmore Gardens, Sidmouth town centre, esplanade and beach. The cottage is very well cared for and beautifully furnished.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

An entrance porch that leads into a  delightful spacious living room with electric fire. Beautifully furnished with tasteful colour schemes. A well equipped modern kitchen with separate dining area. A small rear yard with outside W.C.A pretty ground floor single bedroom with wash basin. On the first floor are two lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, both with washbasins. A modern bathroom suite with a shower over the bath and W.C. Outside seating area overlooking the tennis courts.

Changeover day: Saturday

Wifi: Yes

Pets: Sorry not accepted

Parking: Private parking for 1 large or 2 small cars. 

Towels: Included for 2019

Appliances: TV, DVD,  CD , Radio and hairdryer

Kitchen utilities: Electric hob, Oven, Fridge with ice box and freezer, Washing machine, Microwave and Dishwasher. 

Child amenities: Cot, high chair and stair gate available on request at £10 per item

£100 supplement for Folk Week (1st week in August).

VISITOR COMMENTS:

18th August 2018- 'Camellia Cottage has now become part of our family summer ritual. My son wishes we could live here permanently. My husband talks of relocating. In truth Camellia Cottage holiday week could never be replaced in 'real life'. We enjoy all aspects of Sidmouth and love coming 'home' to Camellia Cottage during our stay. Thank you for having us and we approve of the new sofa and carpet!'
