Beautifully situated adjacent to ''The Byes'', a scenic National Trust area of parkland, Whitewebbs is a Victorian terraced house which has been lovingly restored as a delightful holiday home. An easy, level walk beside the River Sid takes you to the superb range of shops, restaurants, pubs, and beach that Sidmouth has to offer, along with its theatre and cinema. With decor inspired by the natural surroundings the spacious accommodation has been thoughtfully furnished and decorated to a high standard while retaining much charm and character throughout.The house is ideal for couples and families.

Accommodation

Approach via 4 steps. Entrance with stairs to first and second floor. Beautifully furnished, comfortable and cosy sitting room with feature electric fire and bay window overlooking The Byes.Dining area with large dining table. Small, but very well equipped kitchen. Rear lobby with access to paved garden, not directly attached to the property but only a few paces away!

On the first floor are two bedrooms, The Woodland Wing with king size bed and lovely outlook over The Byes and The Captain's Cabin which is a good size single bedroom. Newly installed family bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and WC.On the second floor there is the Sunset Suite, a lovely room with zip and link beds (they will be made up as a double unless requested to be made up as twin beds). En-suite shower room with walk in shower, hand basin and WC.

Parking is on the lane in front of the cottage, the parking is unrestricted but there are no private parking spaces. 

Large sunny patio with garden furniture (5 yards along the rear path from the cottage) 

Conservatory/store suitable for bike storage 

BT TV (includes iPlayer, pause and rewind live TV, Freeview and many other channels)/DVD.  

Wi Fi /Plentiful USB charging points for mobile phones/tablets etc 

Gas hob and electric oven. Microwave. Fridge/freezer. Dishwasher. Washing machine.  

Bed linen included. Towels can be hired at £8.00 per set.  

Gas central heating throughout. Double glazed windows. 

£100 supplement for Folk Festival Week (1st week in August)

Short Breaks are available from the end of October half term to the start of the Easter school holidays, or at the owners' discretion for a last minute booking at other times of the year. Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.
